Sealed bids for the work as shown and described will be received at the

Until 10:00 am, local time, April 3, 2026.

Bidding Documents will be available starting Thursday, March 5, 2026 from Vesco

Reprographics, 1351 Aucutt Road, Montgomery, IL 60538; 630.896.2115

www.vescoplanroom.com. All addendums and other communication with bidders

shall be issued through the Vesco Planroom. The Oswegoland Park District is not

responsible for communications received or not received through any other source.

Schedule:

Plans & Bid Documents available March 5, 2026

Pre-Bid Meeting March 16, 2026 10 am.

Addenda Issued March 27, 2026

Bids Due April 3, 2026 10 am.

Contract / Board Approval April 16, 2026

Mobilization Late August 2027

Work shall commence September 1, 2027

And be completed no later than October 15, 2027

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and bidders, and waive

any / all bid formalities if in the best interest. All bids shall be valid for a
