Advertisement for Bids

Community Unit School District 308 will receive sealed bids for Fox Chase Elementary School
Playground Renovations. Contractors must have experience in this type of work for a minimum
of five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security
and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal
employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for
Kendall County. Background checks for all personnel working on site will be required.

Bidding Documents will be available from Vesco Reprographics, 1351 Aucutt Road,
Montgomery, IL 60538; 630-896-2115 www.vescoplanroom.com. All addendums and other
communication with bidders shall be issued through the Vesco Planroom. School District 308 is
not responsible for communications received or not received through any other source.

Bid Opening: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the School District Services Office,
71 Stonehill Road, Oswego, Illinois. School District will publicly open and read bids
immediately after specified Bid Opening time.

Community Unit School District 308 reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
