2024 Museum and Gutter Replacement

The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the 2024 Museum Roof and Gutter

Replacement. Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work for a minimum of

five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security and

performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal

employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for

Kendall County.

Bidding Documents will be available starting Thursday, August 15th, 2024 from Vesco

Reprographics, 1351 Aucutt Road, Montgomery, IL 60538; 630-896-2115

www.vescoplanroom.com. All addendums and other communication with bidders shall be issued

through the Vesco Planroom. The Oswegoland Park District is not responsible for

communications received or not received through any other source.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will take place Thursday, August 22nd, 11:00 a.m. at the

Little White School Museum, 72 Polk St., Oswego, IL.

Bid Opening: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the Little White School Museum, 72

Polk St., Oswego, Illinois 60543, (331) 688-4920. Oswegoland Park District will publicly open

and read bids immediately after the specified Bid Opening time.

The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
