NOTICE TO BIDDERS

A. Clinton Community School District #15 (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) will receive bids for the following project until 10:30 AM, local time, on March 6, 2020 at the District Office, 1210 Highway 54 West, Clinton, IL 61727 Project #20303 – CLINTON HIGH SCHOOL TRACK RESURFACING

B. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 AM and location noted above.

C. Contract Documents may be obtained by Bidding Contractors from Cordogan Clark & Associates, Inc., on their online plan room www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com on or after, February 14, 2020. Bidders may also contact Decatur Blueprint, Inc., www.decaturblue.com 230 West Wood, Decatur, IL 62523, 217-423-7589, to obtain the bid documents.

D. No bid bond is required.

E. All bidders are required to visit the site. The project site will be available during regular school hours by appointment only. The project site is available for inspection on a limited basis.

F. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works.” 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.

G. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, or accept the bid that, in his opinion, will serve his best interests.

H. This Notice is written in the name of the Owner by Cordogan, Clark & Associates.
